This roof peak window trim, window boxes WITH FLORALS, removable drawer storage stairs, a ladder on the back on one side panel and on the front of the other side panel, sides TBD, Listing also includes up to 2 custom Benjamin Moore colors.

Our playhouse beds come standard with a built in ladder at each end. Again for this bed, there will be one at the back of one side panel and another at the front of the opposite side panel.

As seen with no platform and the flipped opposing ladders for use of the stairs when the bed is turned around.

Our playhouse beds are built reversible.
When your child outgrows the playhouse look, the bed can be turned around to reveal a standard loft. You can see this feature on our other listings.

Twin measurements are 82"x42"x72".
Full measurements are 82" x 57" x 72".
Add 18" to length of bed for stairs.

If you would like the grooved roof (which is not purebond) please state this when order is placed, otherwise you will receive a smooth eco friendly purebond roofline.

Our beds are solid wood construction. When needed, only purebond formaldehyde free soy based eco friendly cabinet grade plywood is used.
Our slides are made of particleboard with a tough, factory-applied melamine finish similar in appearance to plastic laminate to provide a durable quick slide every time for many years to come.
Handcrafted with your child's safety in mind from the design, to the materials, to the greenguard gold certified finishes. We use high quality roller bearing drawer slides.
Our beds are designed to meet & exceed the Consumer Product Safety Commission standards.
6-8" mattresses are suggested.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission does not suggest lofts be used by children under the age of 6.

Due to the personal nature of these items & the love and attention put into each piece, we do our best to personally blanket wrap deliver and assemble each of our pieces. Your purchase includes door-to-door blanket wrapped delivery within 400 miles of 74462. We also include personal in-home delivery and assembly to most of our customers. If we are unable to personally deliver, we use a trusted door-to-door blanket wrapped service. The carrier arrives at our studio, blanket wraps each piece with us and transports to your home. The carrier will then unwrap each piece to be inspected. This service is door-to-door & includes easy to follow step by step instructions.

There are additional charges if you are in a condo, high rise or in a location that will need a COI, scheduled dock appointment or an area with insufficient parking for delivery. The carrier charges $40/hr if waiting is required.

It is best to keep the indoor humidity in the 30 to 45 percent range and the temperature in the 60 to 80 degree range 365 days a year. Avoid placing furniture in an area where the sun will shine directly on it. Keep furniture away from direct sources of heating and cooling. Avoid storing furniture in an attic or cellar-type environment.
