Custom Ballpit for KIDS SPOT

1. 3 walls anchored into existing wall. 3 feet tall- 2- 7.5 ft and 1- 8 ft approx x 5" thick. Overall structure approx. 14’ long 7.5’ deep at ball pit, 8’ deep at stairs and 10-11’ deep at slide.

2. Top cap padded vinyl -Aqua Marine vinyl

3. 2 plexi cutouts on front 2 rectangle windows (1ft high x 20" wide), placed 8in from the top of the wooden wall. These should be symmetrical when looking at the ball pit, placed evenly from the sides and center.

4. Right side of structure, 3' wide stairs with rails on right side (Stair handrail wood w/ clear finish to show wood grain with pre-made metal balusters) 3' x3' x4' H platform gray composite tread decking boards with arched cutout for access under the platforms.

5. 3x3x4’ slide platform in center between rock wall and stairs. Slide to come out approximately 10’-11’. Yellow wave slide.

6. A 1' x 2.5' (or a little smaller if needed) rectangle window under slide platform in ballpit.

7. Small ladder on left - to match the color of the plywood ball pit wall.
Ball pit and structures to be constructed of cabinet grade hardwood plywood with a super smooth satin polyacrylic finish.

By accepting payment for this invoice, the seller agrees to complete this project to the customer’s specifications by approximately June 7th, 2025.

By paying this invoice, the customer agrees that all details on the invoice are correct. First 50% payment is a non-refundable deposit. Second 50% payment due May 16th, 2025.
